    The 6WBMO is the best diet going! The claim that you will lose 30lbs. in six weeks is completely true. I lost 65 lbs. in 3 mos. There is no strenous exercise and all the meals are easy to prepare. The beauty is the blueprinting of your body type. No two people are the same and this programs outlines that perfectly. There is also great online support 24 hrs. a day and more....try it you'll like it!

    This sounds too much like the Akins diet I went on, and it almost killed me. I ended up with low blood sugar my neibor did well with it. Everbodies matabolisms differant. Keep and eye on your blood sugar. Mine droped to 27. Serious!

    If the review gives you the entire meal and exercise plan they are probably breaking copywrite laws, you won't need to buy the book. If you don't want to pay for the book go to the library...no, I'm not affiliated with Jorge Cruise and have not tried the program.

    With this diet be sure to contact your doctor first. I tried the diet hoping to lose weight and bring down my blood pressure. It brought my blood pressure down and my blood sugar down so much I passed out twice. Went back to Weight Watchers.

    he may have the right connection for a diet, but if you ask me its alot of bookwork to get this diet to work, i say it should of been a little more condense to the point and the book work made a whole lot shorter, youre wore out from all the designing in finding your body type you get made tired of it and lay it down and never look back, you need pictures to explain what you really want a person to do not just words, you know that sort of on hands training.

    I think this is a great diet to lose those few pounds for an upcoming event. I lost 8 pounds in just 4 days. Unfortunatly I didnt go up to the 6 I didnt know how some of the seasonings you are supposed to use tasted so my meat was kind of bland and I just got tired of it. But other than that I loved it and the 6 week makeover is a great way to maintain it and get some more off!

    I use t do Figure competitions and I use to eat 8 times a day and got very lean. The only difference is I ate sweet potatoe as a carb and oatmeal.

    I used this diet and there isn't enough I could say about it. It's fantastic! I weighed 220lbs and in 4 months I weighed 120lbs. The pounds just melted off. I've tried other diets and the most I could lose was maybe 10lbs and then would give up. I never felt deprived and never felt hungrey. For anyone who really is fed up with being obese and determined to do something about it,this is by far the way to go. It's safe and healthy and really works.

    This is a great diet in terms of results. I lost one and a half pant sizes(3 inches) in 6 days...about 12lbs. With my busy schedule however, it was too difficult to continue the diet long term. I spent all weekend preparing meals for the week and had too little time during the day to consume 5 or 6 meals.

    Folks, this book is a waste of money. Anybody can drop a full size in a week if all they eat is lots of protein, veggies, and 100 ounces of water a day (YES- this is what he recommends) Have fun running to the bathroom all day and night. Also, this is pretty much the Atkins diet, with a little added fresh fruit for breakfast and minus the dairy you are allowed on the Atkins. He also states not to do any "hard" workouts like kick boxing or riding an eliptical machine because "the harder you work out, the less fat you burn". HUH???? None of his "claims" are backed up by any scientific proof or data/trials that he ever ran. Bottom line is, yes you can pay all this to follow his very limited diet for 6 days...and the weight WILL drop off...but what are you going to do after the 6 days is up? Oh, I forgot...you can spend more money on his 6 WEEK program and buy that book too. Remember that just cutting out greasy foods, sugar, and white bread and pasta for a while, while adding exercise to your routine, you will drop weight safely and still be able to eat. I know, I am 30 lbs overweight and have lost 8 lbs this month doing TaeBo, yoga, and watching what I eat. I'm back into a size 10 and feeling like a million bucks, and I didn't spend making some idiot rich. Good luck all.

    It's so funny when people post negative reviews about this product. The negative points are: food to bland, too strict, too much water, egg whites without salt,... How are you supposed to lose weight then? Continue to eat burgers and fries and pizzas? If the program said you could lose weight without changing your diet, then I would be skeptical. No pain, no gain! This is not a diet. It's a lifestyle. Anyway, if you go and get weight loss surgery, you're gonna lose a lot of weight too, but guess what, you still have to eat food like in this plan, but you might die on the operation table. It's your choice. The program works, you just have to stick with it. If you really wants to lose those extra pounds, you'll stick to it. Otherwise, maybe you're not ready to give up on your obese lifestyle yet.

    I am on day five and I already lost 7 pounds. I feel so energetic and am already wearing jeans that were too tight on me last week. I am so happy. The food is bland but just keep thinking it's only 6 days. After I will continue to eat healthy but am looking forward to coffee with milk.

    I tried this diet and sent it back I did not loose any wieght. The program is complicated to do with a busy schedule. I believe there is something to the diet but I was starving all the time. I couldnt have done a vigorus exercise if I wanted to and I only wanted to loose 30 pounds. As for any diet it may work for some people just not me thats whats good about the money back gurante and the phone support the program promises sucked they were rude and no help.

    I'm currently on the program and have tried it once before. If you have the discipline, it will work for you. You also have to make sure you choose the correct body description because if not, it will not work. I feel great and I would recommend it to anyone. If I had more than 10 lbs to lose, I would definitely try the 6 Week Body Makeover. The 6 Day Makeover is great and thats what will be my plan of choice from here on out.
