    This is a little more imformative compared to other stuff i have read.I need to lose a lot of weight before i turn 50 next year..

    I'd like a diet that I can go on to loose weight. I'm 4ft 11 inches tall w/ a small frame. Now I wear a size 16 & up. But, I'm supposed to wear a size 3/4. Which I used to wear a few years ago. The only veggies I eat are potatoes,cooked carrots,peas,zuccini bread. I just don't like the taste of the other veggies. I'm a very picky eater. I don't eat much meat. I'm not a vegetarian. I do believe your diets would be great to loose weight. Please, help me if you can...
