We encourage people to ditch the dieting mentality and stop “counting their food”---instead of counting calories, carbs, fat grams and portions we encourage people to make their food count nutritionally. Nutrient-rich foods support a healthy metabolism and help your body burn fat for fuel -- so you can lose weight without low-calorie dieting. In fact, our whole foods diet is the only weight loss diet that is not low calorie, yet people still lose a significant amount of weight without slowing their metabolism.
