The four phases are as follows.

Phase One: Truth, Commitment and Self-Control

Phase Two: Revving Up Your Metabolism
During Phase Two, prepare to give your metabolism a much-needed boost by  adding aerobic activity into your daily regimen and cutting back on your alcohol intake.
