Do you want to become a "skinny bitch?"
And authors Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin don't mean it in a derogatory way. No, there's nothing negative about transforming into a woman who wants to stop eating crap and start looking fabulous. Their definition of a skinny bitch is a person who enjoys food, eat well and loves her body.
It doesn't matter what the number on the scale is. A "skinny bitch" comes in all shapes and sizes, they maintain. Both Rory and Kim, a former model and a former modeling agent respectively, had their own demons with food
until they realized the impact a healthy diet could have.
The premise of the Skinny Bitch approach to regaining your health is simple. Consume all of the carbs you'd like -- bread, pasta, potatoes and cookies. However, eliminate red meat, dairy products, sugar, refined flour
or artificial sweeteners.
Replace those foods with soy products, whole grain products, soy products, water, decaf green tea and organic red wine.
