Dr. Kushner's Personality Type Diet
Published 03/2/2006 | High Fiber | Rating:

It may seem like a stretch, but one physician swears that once you identify your personality traits you'll be able to achieve lasting weight loss. He's even designed a quiz to help you get to know yourself better. Are you a hearty portioner, a hate-to-move struggler or a can't-say-no-pleaser? You can find out with his Personality Quiz.

Basically, it's your mind that matters.

Dr. Robert Kushner says that the reason most people fail to lose weight is because they're focusing on the food instead of the real problem at hand. It's important to study your patterns and your habits to keep history from repeating itself. Knowing how to manage your personality traits is half the battle.

Once you've identified your personality type, Dr. Kushner shows you how to get a handle on those bad habits. But what would the Personality Type Diet be without a meal plan. Dr. Kushner recommends a diet comprised of "super foods," plant-based foods that are loaded with vitamins, minerals and fiber. These foods lower your risk for heart disease, cancers, diabetes and other common ailments.

Reviewing a diet quiz without the quiz itself is as useful as a car without gas or tires.

It doesn't do a body any good to rate a diet and then not provide access to the specifics. It's a pretty cheap shot to have a link for "personality traits" that only takes you to eBay. Why on earth would I want to go there when I'm interested in the diet. This review was completely useless.

The article started very good. What happened to the quiz. What does e-bay have to do with this. Very unfortunate, disappointing.

I went to my favorite search engine and I found a 56 question quiz, which gave me a sample of my personality when it comes to eating, exercising and coping with dieting. If you want the whole diet, you will have to by Dr. Kushner's book.

I was looking for the quiz, but haven't found it.You should never use e-bay or anything like that to try and sell someone something, when you are advertising for something like a quiz. You will only loose business instead of gain

The theory is interesting but like the others I tried to find the quiz ...more than once and got a breast augmentation ad each time... Disappointing not to have the quiz and annoying to have the popups and links to ads instead...

The article was very informative, however without the actual quiz that Dr. Kushner is referring to tha article truns from informative to teasing. I would strongly suggest that tha actual quiz be included via a link somewhere to make the article both informative and helpful.

This is like a old trick (bate & switch) Pretend you are going to give something that the readers really want, then send them off on a wild goose chase. Later to find out the quiz is only in the book. Please, no more article leading people to dissapointment.

For an internet review, this one stinks. There is no link to any of Dr. Kushner's information or even a book or web site. Worse, every hyper link in the text goes to someone else's diet plan. A total WASTE of bandwidth.
