I give the review a 2 because you give all the statistics, but not how you can obtain the exercises. The info does you no good if you don't know where to get the exercises. Are they on DVD or paper? Can you get them anywhere?

this sounds like a good program but is "8 minutes in the Morning" a book that can be bought if not you should include exercises and a guideline for # of servings for protein dairy carbs ect

It know it works because I did it and lost 20 pounds. If you eat protoin, carbs, vegtables and fruit three times a day you will lose. Just makes the portion sizes normal size.

you have to get the book to get the exercises or go to his website. the exercises are great because there are only 2 to do. i also do 30 minutes of cardio. his inspirations are a great asset to this book as well.

I really think this will work. Everything in moderation for the food. Too much of anything is not good for you. Fiber should also be added as well as plenty of water

What good is a review that makes reference to and provides links for "exercises" and a "meal plan" that are nothing more than advertising for stuff completely unrelated to the diet being reviewed. Like the others I would like to have a copy of the exercises and a sample diet. This sounds all well and good but without the exercises or sample of diet its impossible to follow through with it. if you can read a user review, then you should have the ability to user the internet to search for the author of the diet--and so forth. no wonder we all need to lose weight... we are still waiting for someone to hand us the magic.

Haven't any of these users heard of a bookstore or a library. All the exercises are in Jorge Cruise's books. Buy one or get your public librarian to get copies for the library. No wonder we have a health epidemic. People don't know how to solve a problem.
