If someone were interested in this diet program, there was no clue as to how to do it. If one's doctor must recommend participation, this wasn't stated. No 800 number was offered, if you just need to call to begin the food delivery program.
I have never heard of a prepared food plan that offers so many tastes they can accommodate. However, how this is done wasn't mentioned. I have never heard of any diet plan that provides soy free products as well as kosher dairy products, kosher parve products, lactose free products, low lactose products, etc. This seems too good to be true!
I do not understand how a Lean and Green meal can be delivered to one's door. I do not understand how the food, catering to these specific dietary needs, can be provided so that one can eat every 2 to 3 hours to stave off hunger. Drinking 64 ounces of water a day is a great idea. Everyone should be doing this, anyway.
It was encouraging to read that the Medifast plan enables so much weight loss, including Type 2 diabetics.
Again, it sounded like an unbelievably good plan, but there was no mention of how one could get started with this diet. There was also no hint as to how expensive this might be. Any plan that can save one food shopping time must be costly.

I used this diet plan and liked it very much. The prepackaged meals worked great for me because I deliver mail and have to eat on the road. The lean and green meal was all I had to fix and that was no problem. My only problem with this plan was the expense. It was costly to buy the prepackaged meals and there was no way to know if I'd like the tatse until I bought it. Other that that, I was recommend this plan.

I signed up for this plan threw my weight loss doctor. They ordered it and billed my flex plan visa. Flex plan paid the 275 for 4-5 weeks of food. I work FT and am single. On Sundays, I would cook my chicken or other protien and make up 5 to-go dishes for my lean and green for the week. take them to work and off I would go. It worked GREAT for me. Easy, tasted as good as it could, after all its not candy! I also took phentermine at the same time and chromium. That curbed my need for the office vending machine and any hunger. Altogether, I have lost 20 pounds in 1 1/2 months and would do it all over again, no regrets. becasue I used my flex plan, no money had to come out of pocket hurting my budget.
