Controlling blood sugar levels is never an easy feat, which is what makes The Sugar Solution even more intriguing. Poor sleeping habits, sluggishness, depression, inability to lose weight can all be attributed to an imbalance of blood sugar. The Sugar Solution combats all of these symptoms by simply putting the Glycemic Index to work in your favor.
Even if you aren’t a diabetic, blood sugar imbalances can wreak havoc on your life. The 30-Day Solution provides a well-rounded approach to healthy eating, stress reduction and fitness. The meal plan calls for whole grains and five to nine servings of fruit and vegetables every day.
Consume six meals a day that are made up of low glycemic foods, add exercise to your routine and reduce stress. This is the three-part strategy to stabilizing your blood sugar. In just four weeks, you will feel fuller, lose weight, improve your mood, battle depression, sharpen your memory and accomplish much more.
In addition to the immediate benefits, you will also lower your risk for heart disease, stroke, cancer and diabetes.

No where in the review did I see that there would be a fee for this online opportunity. Nor 'till after going through their review and starting the registration process.

Not enough info in the review. Would like some sample food choices or menu & other info.
I agree with previous poster, no mention of cost, until complete all the info & then wanted credit card info. This program is quite high dollar, with the enrollment fee, which they'll waive if you pay for 1 year in advance. No thanks!
